پیغمبر اسلام ؐ کی شان میں گستاخی ناقابل برداشت

  نئی دہلی: آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت نے نام نہاد سوامی یتی نرسنگھانند کی پیغمبر اسلام صلی اللہ علیہ و الہ وسلم کی شان میں گستاخی کی سخت مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ اس بدزبان شخص نے جو گستاخانہ کلمات کہے ہیں، وہ اس کی بدترین اشتعال انگیزی اور ناقابل برداشت حرکت ہے۔صدر مشاورت فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہا کہ حکومت کو چاہیے کہ ایسے بدزبان شخص کو بلاتاخیر گرفتار کرے اور مقدمہ چلاکر سزا دے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کو آزاد چھوڑنا خطرناک ہے، کسی مہذب معاشرے میں اس کی کوئی جگہ نہیں ہوسکتی، ایسے بدزبان شخص کی جگہ جیل ہے۔یہ شخص بار بار ملک کے کروڑوں باشندوں کی دل آزاری کر رہا ہے اور اس کی حرکتوں سے ملک کا امن وامان خطرے میں ہے۔ صدر مشاورت نے کہا کہ مسلمان ایک خدا پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور مورتی پوجا اسلام میں بدترین گناہ ہے لیکن یہ اپنے ماننے والوں کو کسی بھی مذہب کی مقدس ہستیوں کی بے حرمتی سے روکتا ہے اور کسی کی بھی دل آزاری کی اجازت نہیں دیتا۔یہاں تک کہ قرآن نے ان دیوی دیوتاؤں کو بھی برا بھلا کہنے سے منع کیا ہے جن کو غیرمسلم پوجتے ہیں، انہوں نے مزید یہ بھی کہا کہ نرسنگھانند کی گستاخی ایک بیہودہ شخص کا فعل بد ہے، ہمیں اس بدزبان کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کرنی چاہیے اورحکومت سے مطالبہ کرنا چاہیے کہ وہ اس شخص کو قرار واقعی سزا دے اور مسلمانوں کو چاہیے وہ جہاں بھی ہوں، اپنے ہم وطنوں کو رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ والہ و سلم کی سیرت سے آگاہ کریں اور ان کو بتائیں کہ انسانوں کی آزادی اور برابری کے دشمنوں کو حضور محسن انسانیت صلی اللہ علیہ و الہ وسلم سے کیا تکلیف ہے اور وہ ان کے کردار کو اس لئے مسخ کرنا چاہتے ہیں تاکہ مظلوموں کو ایک ہونے اور ان کی تعلیمات انصاف و مساوات کو اپنانے سے روکیں۔

Mushawarat condemns Derogatory Remarks against the Prophet and demands arrest of serial offender Narsinghanand arrest under UAPA

New Delhi: The All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat (only confederation of prominent Muslim organisations and individuals) has strongly condemned the derogatory remarks made by the so -called Swami Yati Narsinghanand against the Prophet of Islam (peace and blessings be upon him). AIMMM, the oldest on federation of Muslim organizations says that the derogatory remarks uttered by this foul-mouthed individual represent extreme provocation and are completely intolerable and will create unrest in the country. President of the AIMMM, Feroze Ahmed Advocate, emphasized that the government must immediately arrest this serial offender under UAPS prosecute him, and ensure he is punished. Mr. Feroze Ahmad further added that allowing him to roam freely is dangerous for peace and tranquility, and such an individual has no place to roam freely in any civilized society and needs to be put behind bars. Psychopath Narsinghanand repeatedly causing deep offense to millions of people in the country and abroad, and his repeated nonsensical utterances are endangering peace and security in the country and creating bad image for the country across the globe. The President of the AIMMM stated that Muslims believe in one God, and idol worship is considered a grave sin in Islam, yet Islam prevents its followers from insulting the holy figures of any other religion and does not allow the hurting of anyone’s sentiments. The Qur’an even prohibits speaking ill of the deities worshipped by non-Muslims. He further stated that the blasphemy of Narsinghanand is the act of a vile and disrespectful individual, and we must take appropriate legal action against this foul-mouthed person. Mushawarat president emphasised that Muslims, wherever they lives, should educate and introduce to others about the noble character of the Prophet Muhammad (peace and blessings be upon him) and explain how the enemies of freedom and equality are distressed by the Prophet’s teachings by indulging in distorting Prophet’s character to prevent the oppressed from uniting and adopting his principles of justice and equality.

اسرائیل کی اس جارحیت سے خطہ میں خون خرابہ مزید بڑھے گا: مشاورت نئی دہلی: آل انڈیا مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت، لبنانی مزاحمتی گروپ حزب اللہ کے لیڈر حسن نصراللہ کے المناک قتل پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتی ہے اور اس وحشیانہ عمل کی شدید مذمت کرتی ہے۔ مشاورت کے صدر فیروزاحمدایڈوکیٹ نے اپنے تعزیتی بیان میں کہا ہے کہ ہم اس قسم کے تشدد کی سخت مخالفت کرتے ہیں جو صرف تنازعات کو بڑھاتا ہے، امن کی کوششوں کو تباہ کرتا ہے اور بے گناہ لوگوں کے مصائب میں اضافہ کا سبب بنتا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حسن نصراللہ خطہ کی ایک نمایاں شخصیت تھے، جن کی قیادت اور عزم نے ان کے پیروکاروں اور کمیونٹی پر گہرا اثر ڈالا ہے۔ ان کی شہادت ان لوگوں کے لیے ایک بڑا صدمہ ہے جو انہیں اپنے حقوق اور مفادات کا محافظ سمجھتے تھے۔ نظریاتی اختلافات اپنی جگہ لیکن ہم پختہ یقین رکھتے ہیں کہ تنازعات کا حل تشدد کے بجائے مکالمے کے ذریعے ہونا چاہیے۔ہمارا ماننا ہے کہ مشرق وسطی میں تشدد کی گرم بازار اور فلسطین کے لوگوں کے انسانی حقوق کی پامالی کے لیے جو طاقتیں سب سے زیادہ ذمہ دار ہیں ، ان میں ذاتی طور پر اسرائیل کے صدر اسحاق ہرزوگ ،وزیراعظم نتن یاہو، اسرائیلی افواج کے سربراہ اور ان کی پیٹھ پہ کھڑے امریکہ اور برطانیہ کے سربراہان مملکت سر فہرست ہیں ۔ بھارت کی مسلم تنظیموں کا وفاق ان کے خاندان، حامیوں اور لبنان کے عوام کے ساتھ دلی ہمدردی کا اظہار کرتا ہے۔ ہم دعا گو ہیں کہ اس خطے میں امن اور انصاف قائم ہو اور مزید خونریزی کا خاتمہ ہو۔ ہم تمام فریقین سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ تحمل سے کام لیں اور تنازعات کے پرامن حل کی جانب قدم بڑھائیں کیونکہ تشدد پہلے سے ہی مصیبت زدہ کمیونٹی کے زخموں کو مزید گہرا کرے گا۔ اللہ حسن نصراللہ کی مغفرت فرمائے اور ان کے خاندان اور چاہنے والوں کو اس مشکل وقت میں صبر اور طاقت عطا فرمائے۔

آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے اجلاس میں ملک و ملت کو درپیش مسائل پر غوروفکر

مسلم تنظیموں کے نمائندوں،ممتازرہنماؤں اوردانشوروں کاملک کی سیاسی و سماجی صورتحال پر اظہار تشویش، اقلیتوں اور مظلوموں کے اتحاد پر زور، انصاف کے لیے مل کر لڑنے کاعزم ہجومی تشدد، بلڈوزر راج،نفرت و عداوت کی سیاست، اقلیت مخالف معاشی پالیسی ،سی بی ایس ای کی اردودشمنی، انتخابی حلقوں کی حدبندی،دہلی کے متاثرین فسادات کے لیے انصاف، بےگناہ قیدیوں کی رہائی،مظلومین آسام کی دادرسی اوروقف ترمیمی بل سمیت اہم امور پر 20 سے زائد قراردادیں منظور، پڑوسی ممالک اور فلسطین کے حالات و واقعات اورہندوستان پران کےاثرات بھی زیر بحث آئے نئی دہلی: ملک کی مؤقر مسلم تنظیموں اورممتازاشخاص کے وفاق “آل انڈیامسلم مجلس مشاورت” کا سالانہ اجلاس ہفتے کو نئی دہلی میں منعقد ہوا۔ مہاراشٹر، جھارکھنڈ، کرناٹک، مغربی بنگال، تلنگانہ، دہلی، اتر پردیش، ہریانہ اور بہار کے نمائندوں کی ایک اچھی تعداد نے اس میٹنگ میں شرکت کی اور ملک وملت کو درپیش مسائل پرغوروفکرمیں حصہ لیا۔مسلم تنظیموں کے نمائندوں، ممتاز قائدین ، ارکان پارلیمنٹ ، دانشوران،علمائے دین اور اصحاب رائے نے اس موقع پر ملک کی سیاسی اور سماجی صورتحال پر تشویش کا اظہار کیا ، اقلیتوں اور دیگرکمزور طبقات کے اتحاد پر زور دیا اور انصاف کے لیے مل کر جدوجہد کرنے کے عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔ہجومی تشدد، نفرت کی سیاست، حکومت کی اقلیت مخالف اقتصادی پالیسی ، سی بی ایس ای کے اردو مخالف فیصلے، قومی کونسل برائے فروغ اردو زبان کی حالت، انتخابی حلقوں کی حد بندی، وقف ترمیمی بل، ذات برادری کی مردم شماری، بی جے پی کی حکمرانی والی ریاستوں میں بلڈوزر راج، آسام اور یوپی کی تشویشناک صورت حال ،شمال مشرقی دہلی( 2020 ) کےمتاثرین فسادات کے لیے انصاف اوربےگناہ قیدیوں کی رہائی جیسے سلگتے مسائل پر تقریباً 20 قراردادیں منظور کی گئیں۔ اجلاس میں پڑوسی ممالک کی صورتحال ، فلسطین کے لوگوںپراسرائیلی مظالم اور دنیا پر اس کے اثرات بھی زیربحث آئے اوران پرقراردادیںمنظور کی گئیں۔شرکائے اجلاس کی پختہ رائے تھی کہ مسلمانوں کے خلاف حکومت کے دشمنانہ رویے، اقلیتوں اور دلتوں کے خلاف ریاستی ایجنسیوں کے استعمال اور نفرت کی سیاست کا متحد ہوکر مقابلہ کرنا ہے۔ صدرمشاورت فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے اپنے صدارتی کلمات میںبھی اس عزم کا اعادہ کیا۔انہوں نے کہاکہ ہم مسلمانوں کوبانٹنے کے لیے “پسماندہ غیرپسماندہ کارڈ” کھیلنےکی اجازت ہرگزکسی کونہیں دیںگے۔ انہوں نےکہا کہ مشاورت اپنی صوبائی یونٹوں کو مضبوط کرےگی اور کم ازکم 20 ریاستوں میں مشاورت کواسی سال فعال کیاجائےگا جبکہ مشاورت کے رکن اور سابق رکن پارلیمنٹ شاہد صدیقی نے اس موقع پرمشاورت کے ماضی کاحوالہ دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ مشاورت ایک بااثر تاریخی تنظیم رہی ہے جس کی ساکھ کو بحال کرنے کی ضرورت ہے۔انہوں ارکان مشاورت پرزور دیا کہ آپ اس کی کریڈبلیٹی کو رسٹور کریں ،نہ توافراد کی کمی ہوگی نہ وسائل کی کمی رہےگی ۔انہوں نے کہا کہ مسلم ممبران اسمبلی و پارلیمنٹ کے درمیان آپسی روابط بڑھانےکی ضرورت ہے، مشاورت اس پر کام کرے کہ مسلم ممبران پارلیمنٹ و اسمبلی کم ازکم اسمبلی و پارلیمنٹ کے ہر اجلاس سے پہلے میٹنگ کیاکریں۔مشاورت نےان کی اس تجویزپررکن پارلیمنٹ جناب ای ٹی محمد بشیر ، سابق ممبران پارلیمنٹ جناب شاہد صدیقی، جناب عزیز پاشا، جناب کنور دانش علی ،جناب م افضل اورمشاورت کے سابق صدر جناب نوید حامد پرمشتمل پارلیمانی امورکی ذیلی کمیٹی تشکیل دی۔ اسی طرح مشاورت کے رکن اوراتر پردیش کے معروف سیاسی و سماجی رہنما اخترحسین اختر نے کہا کہ مشاورت کو اوقاف اور دوسرے اہم امور پر مسلمانوں کے لیے گائڈ لائن جاری کرنا چاہیےاور اس کام کے لیے سوشل میڈیا کا استعمال کیا جائےجبکہ مشاورت کے نائب صدر نوید حامد نے کہا کہ ملک بھر سےسیکڑوں میل کا سفر کرکے ارکان و مندوبین کا اس اجلاس میں شریک ہونا ظاہر کرتا ہے کہ یہ لوگ ملت کے مسائل میں کتنے سنجیدہ ہیں۔ انہوںنے کہاکہ مشاورت کواب بھی ملک و بیرون ملک،سیاسی و سماجی حلقوں میں سنجیدگی سے لیاجاتاہے۔اس سے قبل مشاورت کے جنرل سکریٹری (میڈیا) احمدجاویدنے مشاورت کی گذشتہ کارروائیوں کی رپورٹ پیش کی ۔ رپورٹ میں ان صحافیوں کے لیے قانونی امدادکا نظم جو سچائی کو سامنے لانے کے لیے اپنے آپ کواوراپنے مستقبل کو خطرے میں ڈالتے ہیں اوراسی طرح میڈیا مانیٹرنگ سیل اور ڈیٹا سینٹر کے قیام کے منصوبے کی تفصیلات بھی شامل تھیں۔مشاورت نے ملک وقوم کو درپیش مسائل پر قومی کنونشن بلانےاور سید شہاب الدین کی یاد میں سالانہ لیکچر کرانےکا بھی اعلان کیا ۔پہلا سیدشہاب الدین میموریل لکچر اس سال 4 نومبر کو منعقدکیاجائےگا۔ رپورٹ میں مشاورت کی عمارت کی تعمیر نو اور مشاورت ریفرنس لائبریری کے استحکام کی کوششوں پر بھی روشنی ڈالی گئی اوربتایاگیاکہ دفتر مشاورت میںایک علاحدہ ریڈنگ روم کی سہولت بھی ہے جو مسابقتی امتحانات کی تیاری کرنے والے طلباء کے لیےوقف ہے۔مشاورت کےجنرل سکریٹری (فائنانس)جناب احمدرضا نے سال گذشتہ کی آمدوخرچ کا حساب وکتاب اور سال 2024-25کابجٹ پیش کیا۔بنگلور (کرناٹک) سےآئے رکن مشاورت حیدرولی خاں نے مشاورت کے بجٹ میں انتظامی اموراورمیڈیا کےلیےرقوم میں اضافہ کرنے کی تجویز رکھی جس کی حاضرین نے تائید کی اوربجٹ کواتفاق رائے سے منظور کرلیا گیا۔میٹنگ کے دوسرے حصے میں ڈاکٹر قیصر شمیم ،سابق سکریٹری سنٹرل وقف کونسل(حکومت ہند) نے وقف ترمیمی ایکٹ 2024 پر قرارداد پیش کی جس پر بحث میں سابق ایم پی عزیز پاشا اور دیگراراکین نےحصہ لیا۔اسی طرح ہجومی تشدد پرقراردادپر خورشید حسن رومی، منظور احمد اورسپریم کورٹ کے سینئر ایڈووکیٹ اعجاز مقبول نےتجاویزپیش کیں۔ دونوں قراردادیں ان مسائل پر مرکزی حکومت اور ریاستوں کی این ڈی اے حکومتوں کی پالیسیوں اور کام کاج کے طریقے کو مسترد کرتی ہیں۔قرارداد میں نشاندہی کی گئی کہ قانون کے نفاذ کے تقریباً تین دہائیوں کے بعد بھی حکومت وقف ایکٹ 1995 کے تحت اوقاف کا سروے کرانے میں ناکام رہی ہے، نئے قواعد و ضوابط کی توضیع ، بورڈ میں کل وقتی سی ای او کی تقرری اور قانون کے دیگر مینڈیٹ پربھی اس نے عمل درآمد نہیںکیا۔ یہ صرف ریاستیں ہی نہیں جو ایکٹ کو نافذ کرنے میں ناکام رہی ہیں، مرکز بھی نگرانی کرنے میں ناکام رہا ہے۔ سنٹرل Mushawarat expresses its concern over socio-political issues and prevailing hate campaigns against minorities; passes resolutions on issues of community and country

New Delhi: The All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat (AIMMM), the only federation of prominent Muslim organizations and individuals who meaningfully contributed to society, held its annual meeting in New Delhi. A good number of representatives from Maharashtra, Jharkhand, Karnataka, West Bengal, Talengana, Delhi, Uttar Pradesh, Haryana and Bihar participated the meet and took active participation on issues facing country and community. Representatives of Muslim organizations, prominent leaders including Parliamentarians and intellectuals, clergymen and policy planners expressed concern over the political and social situation in the country and emphasized on the unity of minorities and the other oppressed classes and committed to fight together for justice. Around 20 resolutions were passed on burning issues like mob lynching, politics of hatred, anti-minority economic policies of government and shrinking opportunities for Muslims in budgetary allocations, CBSE’s anti-Urdu stance, working deterioration in the National Council of Promotion of Urdu Language (NCPUL), delimitation of constituencies, Waqf Amendment Bill, caste census, Bulldozer Raj in various BJP ruled states, volatile situation in Assam and UP and denial of justice to victims unlawfully arrested in Delhi North East anti Muslim violence in 2020 were prominent issues discussed in the meeting. Discussion on the situation in neighboring countries and sufferings of Palestinians and Palestine and its impact on India and the world also came into discussions on which resolutions were passed. The Mushawarat meeting was of the firm view that the government’s hostile attitude towards Muslims, the use of state agencies against minorities and Dalits, and the politics of hatred must be unitedly countered.  This commitment was reiterated by Feroz Ahmed Advocate, President AIMMM, in his inaugural remarks. Feroze Ahmad Adv emphasized that no one should be allowed to play “backward vs non-backward card” on work on the policy of dominance of one section over the other within the community.  Commenting on organizational affairs Mr. Feroze Ahmad Adv committed that Mushawarat will strengthen its current state units and aims to activate and organise state units in another 20 states in the next year. Shahid Siddiqui, a member of the Mushawarat and former Member of Parliament, said that the Mushawarat has been an impactful historical organization, but there is a need to further restore its credibility and emphasized that for further restoring Mushawarat’s credibility there will be no shortage of sincere persons nor there will be shortage of funds. He also stressed the need for better coordination among Muslim MLAs and MPs, suggesting that Mushawarat work towards ensuring they meet before every session of the Assembly and Parliament. AIMMM constituted a sub-committee for parliamentary affairs with Mr. E.T. Muhammad Basheer MP, former Parliamentarians Mr. Shahid Siddiqui, Mr. Azeez Pasha, Mr. Kunwar Danish Ali and Mr. M. Afzal beside former president of AIMMM, Mr. Navaid Hamid, as its members. Similarly, Akhtar Hussain Akhtar, a prominent leader from Uttar Pradesh, suggested that Mushawarat should explore issuing guidelines for the community on important issues like Waqf and mob lynching. Mr. Navaid Hamid, former President of Mushawarat, pointed out that members and delegates traveled hundreds of miles to attend this meeting, reflecting their seriousness about their commitment to work on issues facing the community. He reminded that governments of the day and other stakeholders, both in India and abroad, still take the Mushawarat seriously. Earlier, Ahmad Jawed, AIMMM’s general secretary (Media) presented a detailed Action Taken Report. The report included plans to provide legal aid to journalists who risk their safety and careers to reveal the truth and the establishment of a Media Monitoring Cell and a Data Center. The Mushawarat also announced a National Convention on the issues facing the nation and the community as well as an annual lecture in memory of Syed Shahabuddin, starting November 4 this year. The report also included progress on the reconstruction of the Mushawarat building and strengthening of Mushawarat Reference Library and a separate Reading & Preparation facility at AIMMM office for students preparing for competitive exams. Finance Secretary Ahmad Raza presented the statement of account for the past year and the budget for 2024-25. A proposal from Haider Vali Khan of Bangalore to increase the budget for administrative and media purposes was approved unanimously. Dr. Qaiser Shamim former secretary Central Waqf Council Govt of India presented a resolution on the Waqf Amendments Act 2024, which was discussed by members including inputs from former MP Aziz Pasha and others as well as discussions on mob lynching were participated in by Khurshid Hasan Roomi, Manzoor Ahmed, and Senior SC Advocate Ejaz Maqbool. Both resolutions reject the policies and functioning of the union government as well as NDA governments in the states on the issues.  AIMMM has been pointed out how the government has failed to notify survey under Waqf Act, 1995, new rules and regulations, appointment of full time CEO in the Boards and has violated other mandates of the Act even after almost three decades of the promulgation of the Act. It is not only the States that have failed to implement the Act, Centre has also failed to monitor. The term of the Central Waqf Council expired on 3.2.2023 and it has not been reconstituted. The Secretary of the Council was relieved on 11.4.2023. Since then, there is no full-time Secretary in the Council. AIMMM raised the question ‘If the union government fails to abide by the Act, how can they ask the States to appoint full-time CEOs in the Boards?”.  The confederation of Muslim organizations also demanded the judicial enquiry for the continuous and unabated incidents of hate violence and mob lynching and expressed the sincere concerns on the threats to social fabric of the country by the politics of hate and violence. Recognizing the severe impact of the communal violence in Delhi Northeast in 2020, which resulted in the death of around 55 innocent individuals, and left thousands injured, causing widespread trauma and displacement among affected communities, the AIMMM acknowledged the urgent need for targeted support and justice for the victims of communal violence.
