Condemnation of the Arrest of Zafar Ali Advocate, President of Sambhal’s Jama Masjid “Law and order in Uttar Pradesh are being endangered by the police themselves” – Feroz Ahmed Advocate New Delhi: The arrest of Zafar Ali Advocate, President of the Administrative Committee of Sambhal’s Shahi Jama Masjid, under false charges is highly condemnable. The arrest of a respected personality of Sambhal, a well-known lawyer, and the head of the Jama Masjid management is the latest example of this attitude.Feroz Ahmed Advocate, President of All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, stated today that just as there was widespread condemnation of a statement made by a Sambhal police officer during the Holi festival, the police have now arrested Zafar Ali Advocate, causing unrest and immense anger among the city’s lawyers. The Uttar Pradesh police are repeatedly testing the patience of the state’s Muslim community.Mr. Ahmed further said that under the guise of surveying the Shahi Masjid in Sambhal, the police, in collusion with communal elements, instigated violence, leading to the killing of innocent youths. This has tarnished India’s democratic image globally.Zafar Ali Advocate, the head of the Jama Masjid Committee, was arrested on Sunday on charges of conspiring in the November 24 riots and other allegations. The city was turned into a cantonment for this purpose. Forces from multiple police stations were called to the Sambhal police station. Several companies of the PAC and RRF were deployed. Security forces were stationed at key locations across the city, creating an atmosphere of fear and intimidation.The environment being created by the police and the government in Sambhal is causing irreparable damage to social fabric, peace and stability in the state.

“उत्तर प्रदेश में खुद पुलिस ही कानून व्यवस्था और समाज की शांति के लिए खतरा बन रही है” – फिरोज अहमद एडवोकेट नई दिल्ली: संभल की शाही जामा मस्जिद के अध्यक्ष ज़फ़र अली एडवोकेट की फर्जी आरोपों में गिरफ्तारी अत्यंत निंदनीय है। पुलिस का कर्तव्य कानून और न्याय की रक्षा करना और समाज में शांति बनाए रखना है, लेकिन दुर्भाग्यवश, उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस बार-बार कानून व्यवस्था को नुकसान और सामाजिक सद्भाव को ठेस पहुंचा रही है। संभल के एक सम्मानित व्यक्ति, प्रसिद्ध वकील और जामा मस्जिद प्रबंधन समिति के अध्यक्ष की गिरफ्तारी इसका ज्वलंत उदाहरण है।ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम मजलिस-ए-मुशावरत के अध्यक्ष फिरोज अहमद एडवोकेट ने आज कहा कि होली के अवसर पर संभल पुलिस के एक अधिकारी द्वारा दिए गए बयान की पहले से ही चौतरफा निंदा हो रही थी, और अब ज़फ़र अली एडवोकेट की गिरफ्तारी से अशांति बढ़ गई है और शहर के वकीलों में जबरदस्त आक्रोश है। उत्तर प्रदेश पुलिस बार-बार राज्य के मुसलमानों के धैर्य की परीक्षा ले रही है।फिरोज अहमद ने आगे कहा कि संभल में शाही मस्जिद के सर्वेक्षण की आड़ में पुलिस ने सांप्रदायिक तत्वों के साथ मिलकर जिस तरह हिंसा भड़काई और मासूम युवकों की हत्या की, उसने भारत की लोकतांत्रिक छवि को विश्वभर में बदनाम कर दिया है।संभल जामा मस्जिद समिति के अध्यक्ष ज़फ़र अली एडवोकेट को 24 नवंबर के दंगों की साजिश और अन्य आरोपों के तहत रविवार को गिरफ्तार किया गया। इस गिरफ्तारी के लिए पूरे शहर को छावनी में तब्दील कर दिया गया था। संभल थाने में कई पुलिस स्टेशनों से अतिरिक्त बल बुलाए गए थे। पीएसी और आरआरएफ की कई कंपनियां तैनात कर दी गईं। शहर के प्रमुख स्थानों पर सुरक्षा बलों की भारी तैनाती कर भय और आतंक का माहौल बना दिया गया।संभल में पुलिस और सरकार जो माहौल बना रही है, वह राज्य में सामाजिक शांति और स्थिरता को अपूरणीय क्षति पहुंचा रहा है।

سنبھل کی جامع مسجد کے صدرظفرعلی ایڈوکیٹ کی گرفتاری کی مذمت

یوپی میں خودپولیس کے ذریعے ریاست کے نظم و قانون اور سماج کے امن کو خطرے میں ڈالاجا رہا ہے: فیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ  نئی دہلی: سنبھل کی شاہی جامع مسجدکی انتظامیہ کمیٹی کے صدر ظفر علی ایڈوکیٹ پرفرضی مقدمات اور ان کی گرفتاری انتہائی قابل مذمت کارروائی ہے۔پولیس کی ذمہ داری قانون وانصاف کی پاسداری اور سماج کے امن وامان کی حفاظت ہے لیکن بدقسمتی سے اتر پردیش کی پولیس باربار خود ہی ریاست کے نظم و قانون اور سماج کے امن و اتفاق کو نقصان پہنچا رہی ہے اور سنبھل میں شہر کی ایک معززشخصیت، مشہورو معروف وکیل اور جامع مسجد کی انتظامیہ کے صدرکی گرفتاری اس سلسلے کی تازہ مثال ہے۔ یہ بات آج یہاں آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے صدرفیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہی۔انہوں نے کہا کہ سنبھل پولیس کے ایک افسر نے ہولی کے موقع پر جس قسم کا بیان دیا، اس کی چوطرفہ مذمت ابھی ہوہی رہی تھی کہ اب اس نے ظفرعلی ایڈوکیٹ کو گرفتار کرکے بے چینی پھیلادی اورشہر کے وکلاء میں زبردست غصہ پھیل گیا۔یوپی پولیس بار بار ریاست کے مسلمانوں کے صبر کا امتحان لے رہی ہے۔فیروزاحمدنے کہا کہ سنبھل میں شاہی مسجدکے سروے کی آڑ میں فرقہ پرستوں کے ساتھ مل کر پولیس نے جس طرح تشدد کا بازار گرم کیااور معصوم نوجوانوں کو قتل کیا،اس نے ساری دنیا میں ہندوستان کی جمہوریت کو رسوا کیاہے۔  سنبھل کی جامع مسجد کمیٹی کے سربراہ کو 24 نومبر کے فسادات کی سازش اوردوسرے الزامات میں اتوارکوگرفتار کیا گیا۔اس کے لیے شہرکو چھاونی میں تبدیل کیا گیا تھا۔  سنبھل تھانے میں کئی تھانوں سے فورسز کو بلایا گیا تھا۔ پی اے سی اور آر آر ایف کی کئی کمپنیاں کو تعینات طلب کر لی گئی تھیں۔ شہر کے اہم مقامات پر فورس تعینات کرکے خوف و دہشت کا ماحول بنایا گیا۔پولیس اور حکومت یہاں جو ماحول بنا رہی ہے، اس سے ریاست میں سماجی امن و استحکام کو ناقابل تلافی نقصان پہنچ رہا ہے۔
