ممتاز صحافی پرواز رحمانی کا انتقال ملک و ملت کا ناقابل تلافی نقصان:مشاورت

نئی دہلی:آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت ممتاز صحافی پرواز رحمانی کے انتقالِ پُرملال پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتی ہے۔ ان کا انتقال اردو صحافت بالخصوص ملت کے فکری و صحافتی حلقوں کے لیے ایک ناقابل تلافی نقصان ہے۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار مشاورت کے صدر فیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ نے جماعت اسلامی ہند کے ترجمان سہ روزہ دعوت کے سابق ایڈیٹر پرواز رحمانی کے انتقال پر کیا ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مرحوم ایک باوقار، سنجیدہ اور اصول پسند صحافی تھے۔ انہوں نے اپنے طویل صحافتی سفر میں قلم کو امانت، خبر کو ذمہ داری اور صحافت کو سماجی و اخلاقی فریضہ سمجھا۔ اخبار دعوت کی ادارت کے دوران انہوں نے حق گوئی، فکری توازن اور ملت کے اجتماعی مسائل کو باوقار انداز میں اجاگر کرنے کی روشن روایت قائم کی۔ ان کی تحریروں میں نہ اشتعال تھا نہ سطحیت، بلکہ بصیرت، درد مندی اور ذمہ دارانہ اظہار نمایاں تھا۔ مشاورت مرحوم کی صحافتی خدمات کو قدر کی نگاہ سے دیکھتی ہے۔ انہوں نے اردو صحافت کو محض اطلاع رسانی کا ذریعہ نہیں رہنے دیا بلکہ اسے فکری رہنمائی اور سماجی شعور بیدار کرنے کا مؤثر وسیلہ بنایا۔ انہوں نے جن نوجوانوں کی تربیت کی وہ ان کے بعد بھی اس روایت کو آگے بڑھا رہے ہیں۔ ان کی کمی طویل عرصے تک محسوس کی جاتی رہے گی۔ آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت مرحوم کے اہل خانہ، رفقائے کار، ادارہ دعوت کے وابستگان اور تمام اہل صحافت سے دلی تعزیت کا اظہار کرتی ہے اور دعا گو ہے کہ اللہ تعالیٰ مرحوم کو جوارِ رحمت میں اعلیٰ مقام عطا فرمائے، ان کی حسنات کو قبول کرے اور پسماندگان کو صبر جمیل عطا فرمائے۔ اِنّا لِلّٰہِ وَاِنّا اِلَیْہِ رَاجِعُونَ

آج کی سب سے بڑی ترجیح ملک میں جمہوریت کی واپسی ہے

’عالمی یوم حقوق اقلیت‘ کے موقع پر دہلی مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے سیمینار سے مختلف مذاہب کے رہنماؤں کا خطاب ،انصاف کے لیے متحد ہوکرلڑنے کے عزم کا اعادہ، ہندو تو کے نشانے پر مسلمان لیکن سب سے زیادہ دلتوں کا نقصان،اقلیتوں کا ڈر دکھا کر دلتوں کے حقوق سلب کئے جارہے ہیں لیکن دلت لیڈران  ان کی گود میں کھیل رہے ہیں: فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ، حقوق کا تحفظ تو جمہوریت کی بقا میں ہے: پی آئی جوش، جس کمیونٹی نے چھ سو ستر سال ملک پر حکومت کی، وہ اقلیت میں کیوں آگئی؟ : پروفیسر رتن لال، ملک کی آزادی کے لیے قربانیاں ہم نے دیں، ہم ہی پھر قربانیاں دیں  گے: سردار دیا سنگھ نئی دہلی : حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے ملک جمہوریت کوواپس لانا ہوگا۔ جب تک قانون کی حکمرنی نہیں ہے اور عدالتیں ٹھیک سے کام نہیں کرتیں، اقلیتیں کیا کسی کے حقوق محفوظ نہیں ہیں۔ ان خیالات کا اظہار جمعرات کو یہاں عالمی یوم حقوق اقلیت کے موقع پر دہلی مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے سیمینار سے خطاب کرتے ہوئے حقوق انسانی کے سرکردہ کارکن، مشہور عیسائی رہنما اور سپریم کورٹ کے وکیل پی آئی جوش نے کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج لاکھوں لوگ کنٹریکٹ پر کام کررہے ہیں۔ ان غریبوں کی آئندہ نسل کا کیا بنے گا، کوئی پرسان حال نہیں ہے۔ہمیں اپنی ترجیحات تبدیل کرنا ہوں گی اور آج کی سب سے بڑی ترجیح جمہوریت کی واپسی ہے۔ انہوں نے اس پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ سرکاری کھاتے سے ایک ڈرائیور کو پندرہ ہزار جاتا تھالیکن اس میں سے صرف 3 ہزار روپے اسے ملتا تھا۔جبکہ آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے صدر فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہا کہ اقلیتوں کا ہوا کھڑا کرکے سب سے زیادہ  دلتوں کے حقوق سلب کئے جارہے ہیں لیکن افسوس کا مقام ہے کہ دلت لیڈران  ان کی گود میں کھیل رہے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ  اقلیتوں کی نمائندگی اور ان کے ووٹ کی طاقت کو کمزور کرنا  ہندوستان کے ماتھے کا داغ بن گیا ہے جبکہ دنیا میں ان ہی ملکوں کو زیادہ جمہوری مانا جاتا ہے جہاں اقلیتوں کے حقوق زیادہ محفوظ ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ہمیں ہمیشہ یہ پیش نظر رکھنا چاہیے کہ ملک کا مفاد کیا ہے لیکن اسٹیٹ اسپانسرڈ وائلنس (ریاستی تشدد) ملک و قوم کے لیے سب سے زیادہ نقصان کا باعث ہے۔ ایک شخص ہندو راشٹر کے نعرے کے ساتھ پد یاترا چلا رہا ہے لیکن سرکاریں اور سرکاری ایجنسیاںکیا کررہی ہیں۔ انہوں نے حکومت کے دوہرے رویے کو تنقید کا نشانہ بناتے ہوئے کہا کہ اسمرتی ایرانی دو دو پین کارڈ لے کر گھوم رہی ہیں،بہار کا ڈپٹی چیف منسٹر فرضی برتھ سرٹیفکیٹ اور فرضی ڈگریاں استعمال کر کیقانون کو چکمہ دیتا ہے لیکن کسی کے کان پر جوں نہیں رینگتی، سزائیں صرف اعظم خاں اور عبداللہ اعظم کو سنائی جاتی ہیں۔ اس سے قبل دہلی یونیورسٹی میں شعبہ تاریخ کے استاد ڈاکٹررتن لال نے سمینار کا کلیدی خطبہ پیش کرتے ہوئے ہندوستان میں اقلیتوں کے مسائل پرسنجیدہ سوالات اٹھائے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ چھ سو ستر سال جس کمیونٹی نے حکومت کی، وہ اقلیت میں کیوں آگئی؟ انہوں نے کہا کہ مسلم حکمرانوں نے سماجی اسٹرکچر کو بدلنے کی کوشش نہیں کی۔ اس کے بجائے طاقتور طبقوں سے سمجھوتہ کیا۔انہوں نے کہا کہ بادشاہوں نے یہاں بڑے بڑے قلعے،عالی شان عمارتیں اورمحلات بنوائے ان کی اولادکہیں نظر نہیں آتیں لیکن جو ان کے درباری اور منصب دار تھے، محلات، قلعوں، ڈیوڑھیوں اور پانچ ستارہ ہوٹلوں کے مالک ہیں۔انہوں نے دلتوں کی سادہ لوحی ذکر کرتے ہوئے مسلم قیادتوں پر زور دیا کہ وہ دلت مسلم اتحاد کے لیے کام کریں۔ انہوں نے دلتوں پرنظام حیدر آباد کے احسانات کی یاد دلائی اور بابا صاحب بھیم راؤ امبیڈکر کی مدد میں جس فراخ دلی سے نظام حیدرآبادنے کام لیا، اسی کشادہ قلبی سے  ملک کے مسلمانوں کو آج بھی کام لینے کی ترغیب دی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جس اشرافیہ نے ملک کی 85 فیصد آبادی کو پہلے غلام بنا رکھا تھا، اسی نے آج بھی ان کو محکوم بنا رکھا ہے اور ان کے تسلط سے سب کو مل کر آزادی حاصل کرنا ہوگا۔  آل انڈیا پیس مشن کے صدرسردار دیا سنگھ نے کہا کہ مشہور مجاہد آزادی سردار حکم سنگھ کہتے تھے کہ جنگ آزادی میں گاندھی جی کے ساتھ سکھ اور مسلم ہی کھڑے ہوئے، آزادی کے لیے  قربانیاں انہوں نے ہی دیں اور جب تک سکھ اور مسلم اس ملک میں ہیں، اس دیش کی آزادی اور سیکولرازم کو کوئی خطرہ نہیں ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ آج ضرورت ہے ہم سب کے ایک ہونے کی۔  انھوں نے کہا کہ سنگھرش مل کر کرنا پڑیگا۔یہ ملک ہمارا ہے اور اس کو ہم ہی بچائیں گے۔ سیمینار کا آغاز مولانا اظہر مدنی کی تلاوت کلام پاک سے اور اختتام دہلی مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے صدر ڈاکٹر ادریس قریشی کے کلمات تشکر پر ہوا۔ انہوں نے مہمانوں کا شکریہ ادا کرتے ہوئے کہ حکومت کو اپنی آنکھ کان کھولنا اور سننا دیکھنا چاہیے کہ یہ کہتے ہیں۔ اس سے قبل انہوں نے صدر اجلاس فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ، یامین قریشی، مشتاق احمد،عبد الرشیداور سید منصور آغا کے ہاتھوں مہمانوں کو مومنٹو اور شال پیش کیا۔

Resolution on Waqf Passed in the Joint meeting of the General Body and National Executive held on 27 September-2025 at New Delhi

Whereas Therefore, this General Meeting of AIMMM resolves as follows: On the Interim Ruling and the Waqf (Amendment) Act On Protection and Empowerment of Waqf Boards On Constitutional Safeguards and Minority Rights Concluding operative: This General Meeting declares that the struggle to safeguard waqf is not only about property but about the religious identity, cultural survival, and constitutional rights of the Muslim community in India. AIMMM, in unity with all Muslim organizations, resolves to continue its peaceful, democratic, and legal struggle until the Waqf (Amendment) Act is repealed and a framework is established that truly protects the sanctity, autonomy, and survival of waqf in India. Resolution on Special Intensive Revision (SIR) of Electoral Rolls Passed in the Joint meeting of the General Body and National Executive held on 27 September-2025 at New Delhi

Whereas Therefore, this Meeting of the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat (AIMMM) resolves as follows: Resolved — Political action & solidarity: Conclusion This Meeting asserts that democracy is measured by the breadth of participation — not by administrative purging of voters — and AIMMM pledges to defend the constitutional right to franchise for every eligible citizen, with special focus on migrants, displaced persons, poor and illiterate communities who are at heightened risk during SIR exercises. Resolution on Jammu & Kashmir and Ladakh Passed in the Joint meeting of the General Body and National Executive held on 27 September-2025 at New Delhi

The All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, the umbrella body of Muslim representative organizations, expresses its deep concern at the continuing political and constitutional uncertainty in Jammu and Kashmir and the growing unrest in Ladakh. On Jammu and Kashmir: Mushawarat recalls with regret the unilateral decision of August 2019 to revoke the special constitutional status of Jammu and Kashmir and to dismember the historic state into two union territories. The Modi Government itself had assured the Supreme Court – the cluntry’s apex court and the country that statehood of J&K would be restored at the earliest. Mushawarat reminds the government that elections were held last year with great fanfare, and citizens of J&K came out in large numbers to cast their votes, despite years of alienation and suffocation, with the hope that their democratic participation would end the atmosphere of despair. Yet the elected chief minister of J&K today is rendered powerless, with real authority continuing to rest with the Union government. This practice undermines the very idea of representative government elected through democratic processes and risks shaking public confidence in counyry’s democratic institutions. The Mushawarat reminds the government that in past, the rigging of the 1987 elections had broken faith in the democratic process in the erstwhile state of J&K and pushed a generation towards militancy. While the recent elections were not marred by such malpractice, the post-poll denial of powers to the elected leadership is even more corrosive to faith in democracy. This situation must be rectified without any further delay. On Ladakh: The Mushawarat also notes with dismay the unrest in Ladakh, which was separated from Jammu and Kashmir in 2019 with promises of direct prosperity and special attention. At that time, Ladakhi Buddhists were led to believe that separation would guarantee economic growth and safeguard their identity. Today, however, those promises lie unfulfilled. It must be noted that according to the 2011 census, the region houses 46.40% Muslims and 36.65% Buddhists. The majority of Laddhakis were not in favor of seeking separate region from Jammu and Kashmir. Now, all Ladakhis—both Buddhists and Muslims—are united in voicing fears that their identity, land, and culture are under direct threat because of sinister games of political players in Delhi. The Mushawarat recalls and condemns the cynical attempt of the past to pit Buddhists against Muslims by sowing suspicion and hatred between communities. The reality today demonstrates that the dismemberment of Jammu and Kashmir has weakened all its regions, and the people of Ladakh, too, feel betrayed. Therefore, in light of the unfortunate developments mentioned above, the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat demands: The Mushawarat reiterates that lasting peace in the region can only be secured through restoring trust, respecting democratic promises, and ensuring justice for all communities of Jammu, Kashmir, and Ladakh. Whereas Therefore, this Meeting of AIMMM resolves as follows: Conclusion This General Meeting declares that AIMMM will continue to stand by its member organizations, community leaders, and the common people in their democratic struggles, and will not remain silent in the face of police excesses and arbitrary restrictions on religious expression. Resolution on Afghanistan Passed in the Joint meeting of the General Body and National Executive held on 27 September-2025 at New Delhi

Mushawarat Appreciates the Afghanistan’s Taliban Government Stand of Rejecting the American Bullying Demand for Giving Bagram Air Base to US forces. All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat (AIMMM) fully apricates the Afghanistan’s Taliban government stand to reject the American government’s dictate for handing over the country’s Bagram Air Base for American military use (which indeed in the past had been used by the American forces for target killing of its opponents apart from illegal surveillance of the neighboring countries) in spite of American President Donald Trump’s bullying threats of un-specified punishment against Afghanistan in case American dictate is not accepted by its government. All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat (AIMMM) considers president Trump’s threats as direct assault on the soveirgnity and territorial integrity of Afghanistan and hence condemns such threats in the strongest words.
