جھارکھنڈ حکومت اور پریاگ کے مسلمانوں کے سیکولرزم اورانسانیت کی ستائش

آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت نے یکساں سول کوڈ پر حکومت جھارکھنڈ کے موقف اور مہا کمبھ میں حادثے کے شکار ہندؤوں کی مدد پرمقامی مسلمانوں کو ملک وقوم کا سچاخیرخواہ بتایا    نئی دہلی:مہا کمبھ کے دوران پیش آئے حادثے پر گہرے رنج و غم کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت نے کہاہے کہ یہ سانحہ نہ صرف متاثرہ خاندانوں کے لیے بلکہ پوری قوم کے لیے دکھ اور افسوس کا باعث ہے۔ مشاورت کے قومی صدر فیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہا کہ ہم ان تمام مسلمانوں کو خراج تحسین پیش کرتے ہیں جنہوں نے فرقی پرستی اور نفرت و عداوت کے اس ماحول میں جس پر دنیا بھر میں تشویش کا اظہار کیاگیا، اپنے مذہب، ذات اور فرقے سے بالاتر ہو کر حادثے کے شکار ہندو یاتریوں کی بے لوث مدد کی۔ زخمیوں کو اسپتال پہنچانے، بھوکوں کو کھانا کھلانے اور خوفزدہ افراد کو تسلی دینے اور ان پر اپنے گھروں کے دروازے کھول دینے میں جس جذبہئ ہمدردی اور انسانیت نوازی کا مظاہرہ کیا گیا، وہ ہمارے قومی یکجہتی اور بھائی چارے کی روشن مثال ہے۔آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کا ماننا ہے کہ ملک میں مذہبی اور سماجی ہم آہنگی کو مزید فروغ دیا جانا چاہیے۔ ہم تمام شہریوں سے اپیل کرتے ہیں کہ وہ انسانیت کو اولین ترجیح دیں اور ہر مصیبت زدہ کی بلا تفریق مدد کریں۔  مشاورت نے جھارکھنڈ اسمبلی کی جانب سے یکساں سول کوڈ (UCC) اور وقف ترمیمی بل پرلیے گئے دانشمندانہ فیصلے کا خیرمقدم کرتے ہوئے ریاست کے معزز وزیر اعلیٰ، قانون ساز اسمبلی، حکمراں جماعت اور پوری حکومت کو خراج تحسین پیش کیا ہے اور کہا کہ ہم ان کو ملک کے آئین و قانون اور جمہوری اقدار کے دفاع کے لیے اٹھائے گئے اس قدم پردل کی گہرائیوں سے مبارکباد پیش کرتے ہیں۔ سپریم کورٹ کے سینئر وکیل اور مشاورت کے صدر فیروز احمد نے اپنے بیان میں کہا ہے کہ یہ قرارداد ملک کی تکثیریت، گنگا جمنی تہذیب اور آئینی حقوق کی پاسداری کی عکاس ہے۔ جھارکھنڈ حکومت نے یہ ثابت کر دیا کہ وہ دستورِ ہند کے بنیادی اصولوں، اقلیتوں کے مذہبی اور ثقافتی حقوق کے تحفظ کے لیے پوری طرح سنجیدہ ہے۔ یہ قدم صرف مسلمانوں ہی نہیں، بلکہ ملک کے ہر انصاف پسند شہری کے لیے امید کی کرن ہے۔ آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت تمام ریاستی حکومتوں سے اپیل کرتی ہے کہ وہ جھارکھنڈ کے اس جمہوری عمل سے سبق لیتے ہوئے ملک کے تنوع اور آئینی حقوق کی حفاظت کے لیے عملی اقدامات کریں۔ ہم جھارکھنڈ کے عوام کا بھی شکریہ ادا کرتے ہیں، جنہوں نے اپنی حکومت کو ایسا مضبوط موقف اختیار کرنے کاحوصلہ بخشا۔ صدر مشاورت نے ریاست کے وزیراعلی ہیمنت سورین کے نام اپنے مکتوب میں کہا ہے کہ ہم امید کرتے ہیں کہ جھارکھنڈ حکومت آئندہ بھی ملک میں مساوات، انصاف اور بھائی چارے کو فروغ دینے کے لیے ایسے فیصلے لے کر ایک مثالی ریاست بننے کا سلسلہ جاری رکھے گی۔

*Appreciation of the secularism and humanity of the Jharkhand Government and the Muslims of Prayag*

*The All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat described the Jharkhand Government’s resolution on UCC and the help given to the Hindu pilgrims who were victims of the accident in Maha Kumbh as true service to the country and society.**New Delhi:* The All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat has expressed deep sorrow over the accident that took place during the Maha Kumbh and said that this tragedy is a cause of sorrow not only for the affected families but for the entire country. The National President of Mushawarat, Mr. Firoz Ahmed Advocate, said that we offer our heartfelt greetings to all those Muslims who, in this atmosphere of communalism and hatred, went beyond their religion, caste and sect and selflessly helped the Hindu pilgrims who were victims of the accident. Their compassion and sense of humanity shown in taking the injured to the hospital, feeding the hungry, consoling the frightened people and opening the doors of their homes for them is a shining example of our national unity and brotherhood. We appeal to all citizens to give priority to humanity and help every suffering person without discrimination. Mushawarat welcomed the prudent decision taken by the Jharkhand Assembly on the Uniform Civil Code (UCC) and Waqf Amendment Bill and praised the Hon’ble Chief Minister, Assembly, ruling party and the entire government of the state and said that we heartily congratulate them for this step taken to protect the Constitution and democratic values of the country. Senior Supreme Court lawyer and Mushawarat President Mr. Ahmed has said in his statement that this proposal is a reflection of the country’s pluralism, composite culture and adherence to constitutional rights. The Jharkhand government has proved that it is serious about protecting the basic principles of the Constitution of India, the religious and cultural rights of minorities. This step is a ray of hope not only for Muslims but for every conscientious citizen of the country. All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat appeals to all state governments to learn from the democratic process of Jharkhand and take practical steps to protect the diversity and constitutional rights of the people. We also thank the people of Jharkhand, who encouraged their government to take such a clear stand. In his letter to Chief Minister Hemant Soren, the President of Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat has said that we hope that the Jharkhand government will continue to be an exemplary state by taking such decisions to promote equality, justice and brotherhood in the country.

झारखंड सरकार और प्रयाग के मुसलमानों की धर्मनिरपेक्षता और मानवता की प्रशंसा

ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम मजलिसे-मुशावरत ने समान नागरिक संहिता पर झारखंड सरकार के प्रस्ताव और महाकुंभ में दुर्घटना के शिकार हिंदू यात्रियों की सहायता को देश और समाज की सच्ची सेवा बताया।  नई दिल्ली: ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम मजलिसे-मुशावरत ने महाकुंभ के दौरान हुए हादसे पर गहरा दुख व्यक्त करते हुए कहा है कि यह त्रासदी न केवल प्रभावित परिवारों के लिए बल्कि पूरे देश के लिए दुख का कारण है। मुशावरत के राष्ट्रीय अध्यक्ष फिरोज अहमद एडवोकेट ने कहा कि हम उन सभी मुस्लिमों को हार्दिक  शुभकामना पेश करते हैं जिन्होंने सांप्रदायिकता और नफरत के इस माहौल में अपने धर्म, जाति और संप्रदाय से परे जाकर दुर्घटना के शिकार हिंदू तीर्थयात्रियों की निस्वार्थ भाव से मदद की। घायलों को अस्पताल पहुंचाने, भूखों को खाना खिलाने, डरे सहमे लोगों को सांत्वना देने और उनके लिए अपने घरों के दरवाजे खोल देने में दिखाई गई उन की करुणा और मानवता की भावना हमारी राष्ट्रीय एकता और भाईचारे का एक ज्वलंत उदाहरण है। हम सभी नागरिकों से अपील करते हैं कि वे मानवता को प्राथमिकता दें और बिना भेदभाव के हर पीड़ित व्यक्ति की मदद करें। मुशावरत ने समान नागरिक संहिता (यूसीसी) और वक्फ संशोधन विधेयक पर झारखंड विधानसभा द्वारा लिए गए विवेकपूर्ण निर्णय का स्वागत किया और माननीय मुख्यमंत्री, विधानसभा, सत्तारूढ़ दल और राज्य की पूरी सरकार की प्रशंसा की है और कहा है कि देश के संविधान और लोकतांत्रिक मूल्यों की रक्षा के लिए उठाए गए इस कदम के लिए हम उन्हें हार्दिक बधाई देते हैं। सुप्रीम कोर्ट के वरिष्ठ वकील और मुशावरत के अध्यक्ष श्री अहमद ने अपने बयान में कहा है कि यह प्रस्ताव देश की बहुलतावाद, गंगा यमुनि संस्कृति और संवैधानिक अधिकारों के पालन का प्रतिबिंब है। झारखंड सरकार ने साबित कर दिया कि वह भारत के संविधान के मूल सिद्धांतों, अल्पसंख्यकों के धार्मिक और सांस्कृतिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के प्रति गंभीर है। यह कदम न केवल मुसलमानों के लिए, बल्कि देश के हर विवेकशील नागरिक के लिए आशा की किरण है। ऑल इंडिया मुस्लिम मजलिसे-मुशावरत सभी राज्य सरकारों से अपील करती है कि वे झारखंड की लोकतांत्रिक प्रक्रिया से सीखें और देश की विविधता और संवैधानिक अधिकारों की रक्षा के लिए व्यावहारिक कदम उठाएं। हम झारखंड की जनता को भी धन्यवाद देते हैं, जिन्होंने अपनी सरकार को इतना स्पष्ट रुख अपनाने के लिए प्रोत्साहित किया। मुख्यमंत्री हेमंत सोरेन को लिखे अपने पत्र में मुस्लिम मजलिसे-मुशावरत के अध्यक्ष ने कहा है कि हमें उम्मीद है कि झारखंड सरकार देश में समानता, न्याय और भाईचारा को बढ़ावा देने के लिए ऐसे निर्णय लेकर एक अनुकरणीय राज्य बना रहेगा।

اقلیتی امور اور اقلیت کی تعلیمی بہبود کے بجٹ میں تخفیف پر اظہار تشویش

آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے صدر فیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ نے مرکزی بجٹ کو اقلیتوں کے لیے مایوس کن بتایا نئی دہلی: آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت نے مرکزی بجٹ کو ملک کی اقلیتوں کے لیے مایوس کن اور بی جے پی کے سیاسی مقاصد سے متاثر کہا ہے۔ مشاورت کے قومی صدر فیروزاحمد ایڈوکیٹ نے بجٹ پر تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ اقلیتوں کی تعلیمی بہبود کے لیے مختص رقوم میں بھاری تخفیف اور اقلیتی امور کے بجٹ میں اعدادو شمار کا کھیل اور ہاتھ کی صفائی سے کام لینا انتہائی مایوس کن ہے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ مودی حکومت کے اس عمل سے سماج میں انتہائی بد بختانہ پیغام جائیگا اور بی جے پی کا مقصد بھی یہی ہے۔واضح رہے کہ مرکزی بجٹ میں وزارت اقلیتی امور کے لیے مالی سال 2025-26 میں 3,350 کروڑ روپے مختص کیے گئے ہیں، جو کہ2024-25 کے بجٹ تخمینہ 3,183.24 کروڑ روپے کے مقابلے میں صرف پانچ فیصد اوپر ہے۔ مشاورت کے صدر فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہا کہ ریاستوں کو دی جانے والی گرانٹس میں تقریباً 1,000 کروڑ کا بڑا اضافہ کیا گیا ہے لیکن یونین ٹریٹریزحکومتوں کو دی جانے والی گرانٹس کو30.06 کروڑ سے کم کر کے10.06 کروڑ کر دیا گیا ہے۔ اسی طرح قبائل، خواتین اور سماجی بہبود کے بجٹ میں 35 فیصد تک کا اضافہ کیا گیا ہے جبکہ اقلیت کی تعلیمی بہبود کے بجٹ میں ایک بار پھر بھاری کٹوتی کی گئی ہے۔ 2024-25میں مائناریٹی ایجوکیشنل ویلفیئر کے بجٹ کو کم کر کے صرف ایک ہزار پانچ سو بہترکروڑ کردیا گیا تھا جو اس بارصرف 678.03 کردیا گیا۔ اسکولی طلبہ و طالبات کے لیے اسکالرشپس، مولانا آزاد نیشنل فیلوشپ، فری کوچنگ اور تعلیمی قرضوں کے سود پر سبسڈی اقلیتی تعلیمی بہبود کے بجٹ میں شامل ہیں اور حکومت کا یہ رویہ اقلیت کے بچوں کی تعلیمی ترقی کو متاثر کریگا۔ حکومت نے مرکزی سکیموں اور منصوبوں کے لیے فنڈز میں بھی کٹوتی کی ہے جن میں ہنر کی ترویج و ترقی، روزگار، اقلیتوں کے لیے خصوصی پروگرام اور وزیراعظم وراثت وکاس اسکیم شامل ہیں۔2024-25میں ان کے لیے بجٹ 2,120.72 کروڑ تھا، جو کہ 2024-25میں گھٹا کر1,237.32 کروڑ کردیا گیا ہے۔ جبکہ2025-26 میں، پردھان منتری جن وکاس پروگرام کے لیے فنڈز میں ایک بڑا اضافہ کیا گیا ہے۔ 2024 میں اس کا بجٹ 910 کروڑ تھا اور اب یہ بڑھ کر 1,913.97 کروڑ ہو گیا ہے۔ اقلیتوں کی ترقی کینام پر علاقائی ترقی کے پروگراموں کے لیے بجٹ میں اضافہ کیا گیا ہے تاکہ لوگوں کی آنکھوں میں دھول جھونکی جاسکے۔

Attack on the Shahi Jama Masjid in Sambhal and the Killing of Muslim Youth: An Unacceptable Dance of Naked Fascism

All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat’s Demand for the Dismissal of the UP Yogi Government, Compensation of One Crore Rupees per Victim, and a High-Level Judicial Inquiry into the Incident New Delhi: The blatant act of state terrorism under the guise of a survey of a historic Jama Masjid in Sambhal is unacceptable in any civilized society. The tragic and unbearable killing of five innocent Muslim youth by the UP Police, who were shot dead in cold blood, is deeply distressing. The criminals responsible for this incident should not be pardoned under any circumstances. This demand has been made by the All India Muslim Majlis-e-Mushawarat, a prominent federation of Muslim organizations in the country. In a strong reaction, the President of Mushawarat has stated that the victims’ families should be compensated with one crore rupees each, and a high-level judicial inquiry should be conducted into the incident to bring the responsible parties to justice. The President of Mushawarat, Advocate Feroze Ahmed, has called on the President of India to immediately dismiss the Yogi government of Uttar Pradesh, asserting that under this government, justice cannot be expected for the oppressed. The criminal record of Chief Minister Yogi Adityanath is well known, and it has only worsened since he came to power. The Mushawarat expressed its anger, stating that while the entire government machinery, police, and PAC in Uttar Pradesh have shown a pattern of hatred and prejudice against Muslims, what transpired in Bahraich and now in Sambhal is clearly organized crime. They further added that the atmosphere regarding mosques in various parts of UP has been deliberately worsened, creating new controversies to spread hatred and animosity. By focusing on the Jama Masjid in Sambhal, the situation is being aggravated, and Muslims who raise their voices against injustice are being oppressed. The Mushawarat believes that the BJP government in Uttar Pradesh is openly attempting to polarize voters by targeting Muslims as a distinct group. They criticized the government’s approach of conducting a second survey of the mosque immediately after the first and submitting the report on the same day, calling it part of a well-orchestrated conspiracy. While the anger and protests of the Muslims were entirely natural, the police and district administration responded with one-sided actions, brutally shooting the youth, which is an inhumane and unjustifiable act. Such actions deserve the utmost condemnation. The Mushawarat further expressed concerns that the state government, senior police officers, and lower courts are applying a double standard of law, which poses serious threats to the rule of law and democracy in both the state and the country. The Mushawarat has demanded that the families of the deceased be immediately provided appropriate compensation, and efforts be made to restore peace and harmony in Sambhal and surrounding areas. If the wounds of the oppressed are not healed, the consequences will not be good for the country or the community. Finally, the Mushawarat has called for the immediate dismissal of the Yogi government and the formation of a high-level judicial inquiry committee to conduct an impartial investigation into the incident.
