جمہوریت کے تحفظ کے لیے شفاف انتخابات اور آزاد میڈیا ناگزیر: مقررین

پریس کلب آف انڈیا میں ‘وائلنس فری انڈیا’ کے اجلاس کا انعقاد، دلت، پسماندہ اور اقلیتی فرقوں کے لیڈران کا ملک کی سیاسی و سماجی صورت حال پر اظہار تشویش نئی دہلی:18 اکتوبر(پریس ریلیز): دلت، پسماندہ اور اقلیتی برادریوں کی تنظیموں کے مشترکہ مہم ‘وائلنس فری انڈیا’ (تشدد سے پاک ہندوستان) مہم کے تحت ہفتے کی سہ پہر پریس کلب آف انڈیا، نئی دہلی میں ’’ہندوستان میں آئینی جمہوریت کی موجودہ صورت حال اور الیکشن کمیشن آف انڈیا سے متعلق تنازعات‘‘ کے موضوع پر ایک اجلاس کا اہتمام کیا گیا۔ جس میں کثیر تعداد میں مختلف کمیونٹی کے لیڈران، صحافیوں، نوجوانوں اور سماجی کارکنوں نے شرکت کی، پروگرام میں مقررین نے آئینی جمہوریت کے تحفظ، انتخابی عمل میں شفافیت، میڈیا کی آزادی، شہریوں کے بنیادی حقوق اور جمہوری اداروں کی خودمختاری پر زور دیا۔ پروگرام کو آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت، آل انڈیا مومن کانفرنس، کیتھولک ایسوسی ایشن آف آرک ڈایوسیس دہلی، امبیڈکر ایجوکیشن ٹرسٹ، بہوجن ایکتا منچ،آموڈے وغیرہ نے مشترکہ طور پر کیا تھا۔آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کے قومی صدر فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے اپنے خطاب میں کہا کہ جمہوریت کو مضبوط اور صحت مند بنانے میں میڈیا، بالخصوص سوشل میڈیا، کا کردار انتہائی اہم ہے۔ میڈیا عوامی مسائل کو اجاگر کرنے اور مظلوموں کی آواز متعلقہ حکام تک پہنچانے کا مؤثر ذریعہ ہے۔ انہوں نے حراست میں لیے گئے افراد کے معاملات کو میڈیا میں نمایاں کیے جانے کی اہمیت پر روشنی ڈالی اور کہا کہ اس سے ان کی رہائی کے لیے آواز اٹھانے میں مدد ملتی ہے۔ انہوں نے مسلمانوں سمیت کمزور طبقات کو درپیش مسائل، مبینہ مظالم اور ہجومی تشدد کے واقعات پر تشویش ظاہر کرتے ہوئے پولیس کی کارروائیوں اور قانون کے یکساں نفاذ پر سوالات اٹھائے۔ جمہوریت کو برقرار رکھنے کے لیے انتخابی عمل شفاف ہونا چاہیے اور قانون کی بالادستی یقینی بنائی جانی چاہیے۔صدر مشاورت فیروز احمد نے عدلیہ کے کردار کو اہم قرار دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ غریب اور پسماندہ طبقات کی زمینی مشکلات کو نظرانداز نہیں کیا جا سکتا۔ انہوں نے سیلاب سے متاثرہ افراد کی مثال دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ جن لوگوں کے مکانات تباہ ہو جاتے ہیں اور ضروری دستاویزات ضائع ہو جاتی ہیں، ان کے لیے دوبارہ کاغذات فراہم کرنا مشکل ہو جاتا ہے۔ ایسے حالات میں متعلقہ حکام کو متاثرین کے حالات اور عملی دشواریوں کو مدنظر رکھنا چاہیے۔صحافی انیل چمڑیا نے اپنے خطاب میں انتخابی عمل کی شفافیت، عوام کے حق رائے دہی اور جمہوری اداروں پر اعتماد کے حوالے سے اظہار خیال کیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ حکومت پورے ملک اور تمام شہریوں کی نمائندہ ہوتی ہے، اس لیے ہر طبقے کے حقوق کا تحفظ ضروری ہے۔ انہوں نے سیکولرازم، آزادی اظہار اور پرامن احتجاج کے حق کی اہمیت پر زور دیتے ہوئے کہا کہ مزدوروں، طلبہ اور عام شہریوں کو اپنے مسائل اٹھانے کے لیے مناسب مواقع ملنے چاہئیں۔ انتخابی نظام کے حوالے سے انہوں نے بیلٹ پیپر کے ذریعے انتخابات کرانے کی حمایت کی اور الیکٹرانک ووٹنگ مشین (ای وی ایم) کے استعمال پر پائے جانے والے خدشات کا ذکر کیا۔ انہوں نے سپریم کورٹ اور الیکشن کمیشن سمیت جمہوری اداروں کی خودمختاری اور ساکھ برقرار رکھنے کی ضرورت پر بھی زور دیا۔مہمان خصوصی کے طور پر شریک ہوئے راجندر پال گوتم نے اپنے خطاب میں الیکشن کمیشن کے کام کرنے کے طریقۂ کار پر سوال اٹھاتے ہوئے کہا کہ جس طرح سے الیکشن کمیشن کام کر رہا ہے، وہ جمہوری اقدار اور اصولوں کے منافی ہے۔ جمہوریت میں الیکشن کمیشن کا کردار انتہائی اہم ہوتا ہے اور اس سے توقع کی جاتی ہے کہ وہ غیر جانب دارانہ، شفاف اور منصفانہ انداز میں اپنے فرائض انجام دے۔ لیکن اگر الیکشن کمیشن کا طرزِ عمل غیر جمہوری نظر آئے تو اس سے جمہوری نظام اور عوام کے اعتماد پر سوالات کھڑے ہوتے ہیں۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ جمہوریت کی مضبوطی کے لیے ضروری ہے کہ آئینی ادارے اپنی ذمہ داریاں پوری غیر جانب داری اور شفافیت کے ساتھ ادا کریں، تاکہ ملک کے جمہوری نظام اور انتخابی عمل پر عوام کا اعتماد برقرار رہے۔سپریم کورٹ کے وکیل بلراج ملک نے اپنے خطاب میں عدلیہ کے کردار، شہری آزادیوں اور انتخابی شفافیت پر گفتگو کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ آئینی اداروں کی ذمہ داری ہے کہ وہ شہریوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ کریں۔ انہوں نے وی وی پیٹ اور انتخابی عمل کے حوالے سے عوام میں پائے جانے والے خدشات کا ذکر کیا اور کہا کہ انتخابی نظام کے بارے میں اٹھنے والے سوالات کا شفاف اور قابل اعتماد جواب دیا جانا چاہیے۔ انہوں نے آزادی اظہار کو درپیش چیلنجوں پر بھی تشویش ظاہر کی۔ڈاکٹر علیم نے اپنے خطاب میں آزاد صحافت اور قلم کی طاقت کو جمہوریت کے لیے اہم قرار دیا۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ میڈیا عوام کی آواز ہے اور معاشرے کے مسائل کو سامنے لانے میں کلیدی کردار ادا کرتا ہے۔ انہوں نے اظہار رائے کی آزادی کو محدود کرنے کی کوششوں پر تشویش ظاہر کرتے ہوئے کہا کہ صحافت کی آزادی اور شہریوں کے اپنے خیالات بیان کرنے کے حق کا تحفظ ضروری ہے۔پروگرام میں مقررین نے اس بات پر زور دیا کہ جمہوریت کا استحکام صرف انتخابات کے انعقاد سے ممکن نہیں، بلکہ اس کے لیے شفاف انتخابی عمل، آزاد صحافت، قانون کی بالادستی، شہری آزادیوں کا تحفظ اور اظہار رائے کی آزادی لازمی ہے، مقررین نے اس عزم کا اظہار کیا کہ جمہوری نظام کو مضبوط بنانے کے لیے تمام شہریوں کے حقوق کا تحفظ، آزاد میڈیا کی حوصلہ افزائی ۔اور آئینی اداروں کی خودمختاری برقرار رکھنے کے لیے وہ ہر طرح کی قربانیاں دیں

*آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کی مرکزی مجلس عاملہ کا اجلاس*

*ملک و ملت کو درپیش مسائل پر آل انڈیا کانفرنس منعقد کرنے کا فیصلہ* نئی دہلی، 26 جولائی: آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت کی مرکزی مجلس عاملہ کا اجلاس اتوار، 26 جولائی 2026ء کو مشاورت کے مرکزی دفتر، ابوالفضل انکلیو، جامعہ نگر، نئی دہلی میں صدر مشاورت جناب فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ کی صدارت میں منعقد ہوا۔ اجلاس کا آغاز مولانا ڈاکٹر شیث محمد ادریس تیمی کی تلاوتِ قرآن کریم سے ہوا۔ صدر مشاورت نے افتتاحی خطاب میں ملک کی موجودہ صورتِ حال پر تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے بڑھتی ہوئی فرقہ پرستی، اقلیتوں کے خلاف امتیازی رویوں، ماورائے قانون انہدامی کارروائیوں، مسلمانوں کے مکانات و عبادت گاہوں پر بلڈوزر کارروائی، نوجوانوں کو مبینہ جھوٹے مقدمات میں پھنسانے اور پرامن مظاہرین پر پولیس و نیم فوجی دستوں کےذریعے طاقت کے استعمال کی مذمت کی۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ ظلم و ناانصافی کے خلاف تمام انصاف پسند قوتوں کے درمیان اتحاد وقت کی اہم ضرورت ہے۔ جنرل سکریٹری جناب احمد جاوید نے ستمبر 2025ء سے جولائی 2026ء تک کی تنظیمی کارکردگی کی رپورٹ پیش کی۔ رپورٹ میں رپورٹ میں اجتماعی قیادت کو مضبوط کرنے ، کمیونٹی کی قیادتوں کو انتشار، اضمحلال اور لاتعلقی سے نکالنے اور مشاورت کی ساکھ کو طالع عناصرکی استحصالی ذہنیت سے بچانے پر زور دیتے ہوئے قیادت کے قرآنی ماڈل کو اپنانے اور آگے بڑھانے میں حائل مشکلات کی نشاندہی بھی کی گئی ہے۔ ملکی اور بین الاقوامی امور پر تفصیلی بحث کے بعد مجلس عاملہ نے متعدد قراردادیں منظور کیں۔ ایک قرارداد میں نیٹ اور دیگر امتحانات میں مبینہ پیپر لیک کے واقعات پر شدید تشویش ظاہر کرتے ہوئے تعلیمی نظام میں بنیادی اصلاحات، تعلیم کی تجارت کو روکنے اور بدعنوان عناصر کے خلاف سخت کارروائی کا مطالبہ کیا گیا۔ اسی قرارداد میں دہلی سمیت مختلف مقامات پر طلبہ کے احتجاج کے دوران پولیس کارروائی، طاقت کے استعمال اور پیلٹ گن چلانے کی مذمت کرتے ہوئے ان واقعات کی اعلیٰ سطحی عدالتی جانچ کا مطالبہ بھی کیا گیا۔ دوسری قرارداد میں ملک کے مختلف حصوں میں مبینہ اہدافی انہدامی کارروائیوں، اقلیتی اداروں کو نشانہ بنانے اور مسلم نوجوانوں کو جھوٹے مقدمات میں پھنسانے کے رجحان پر تشویش ظاہر کی گئی، جبکہ رامپور کی مولانا محمد علی جوہر یونیورسٹی کو عمارتوں کے انہدام کانوٹس واپس لینے کا مطالبہ کیا گیا اور کہا گیا ہے کہ یہ انتقامی کارروائی ہے جو کسی بھی صورت میں قابل قبول نہیں ہوسکتی۔ ایک اور قرارداد میں گجرات اسٹیٹ انٹیلی جنس بیورو (ایس آئی بی) کی اس مبینہ سفارش کی مذمت کی گئی جس میں اپنے مذہب پر پابندی کے ساتھ زندگی گزارنے والے مسلمانوں کی نگرانی اور ان کے مذہبی اعمال کو انتہاپسندی کی علامت قرار دینے کی بات کہی گئی ہے۔ اجلاس نے حکومت سے مطالبہ کیا کہ ایسی کسی بھی سوچ یا طرز عمل کی بیخ کنی کی جائے۔ مجلس عاملہ نے مشرق وسطیٰ کی صورتحال پر بھی گہری تشویش کا اظہار کرتے ہوئے اسرائیل اور امریکہ کی پالیسیوں پر تنقید کی اور کہا کہ بھارتی مسلم برادری دنیا بھر کے مظلوم عوام کے ساتھ اپنی یکجہتی کا اظہار کرتی ہے۔  مشاورت کی مجلس عاملہ نے تنظیمی امور پر بھی اہم فیصلے لیے۔ اجلاس نے مشاورت کے بعض ارکان سے مختلف فیہ امور پربات کرنے کے لیےپانچ رکنی کمیٹی تشکیل دی جس کے کنوینر مولانا اصغر علی امام مہدی سلفی مقرر کیے گئےجبکہ اعجاز مقبول ایڈوکیٹ، انجینئر سکندر حیات، پروفیسر اختر الواسع اور پروفیسر بصیر احمد خاں اس کے ارکان ہوں گے۔مجلس عاملہ نے یہ بھی طے کیا کہ مرکزی دفتر وقتاً فوقتاً ریاستی مشاورتوں کو اہم قومی و ملی مسائل پر رہنمائی فراہم کرے گا تاکہ تمام ریاستی یونٹس یکساں موقف اور مربوط حکمت عملی کے ساتھ سرگرم عمل رہیں۔ اجلاس کے اہم فیصلوں میں یہ اعلان بھی شامل تھا کہ آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت اکتوبر کے اواخر یا نومبر کے پہلے عشرے میں ملک اور ملت کو درپیش اہم مسائل پر ایک آل انڈیا کانفرنس منعقد کرے گی، جس میں مختلف مکاتبِ فکر، سماجی تنظیموں اور ماہرین کو مدعو کیا جائے گا۔اجلاس کا اختتام مشاورت کے نائب صدر اور مرکزی جمعیۃ اہل حدیث ہند کے امیر مولانا اصغر علی امام مہدی سلفی کی دعا پر ہوا۔ میٹنگ میں نوید حامد (سابق صدر، مجلسِ مشاورت)، انجینئر سکندر حیات، شیخ منظور احمد، ایڈووکیٹ اعجاز مقبول احمد، ابرار احمد، آئی آر ایس (ریٹائرڈ)، منصور آغا، ڈاکٹر تسلیم احمد رحمانی، ڈاکٹر ادریس قریشی (صدر، دہلی مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت)، خواجہ جاوید یوسف (ورکنگ صدر، مغربی بنگال مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت)، محمد احمد مومن (سیکریٹری جنرل، مہاراشٹر مسلم مجلسِ مشاورت) اور آصف انصاری وغیرہم موجود تھے۔

Mushawarat expresses it concern over spurt of violence in Jammu and Kashmir – [Cloned #4287]

New Delhi: All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat (AIMMM), the federation of prominent Muslim organisations and individuals of Indian Muslims, expressed its concern on recent cycle of violence in Jammu &Kashmir including the ambush on army vehicle in Rajouri district by the terror group, the killing of the civilians in custody of the security forces and killing of former SSP, Muhammad Shafi Mir. It is rateable that his security was withdrawn. These terror attacks in the union territory has undoubtably proved that even after abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of erstwhile state, Modi Government’s tall claim of restoring peace and normalcy in the troubled Jammu and Kashmir not only stand exposed but also established that the security situation at the ground level has not changed even after more than four years of the abrogation of the Article 370 and also it indicates that terrorists and terror modules are operating freely in J&K and the speeded terror incident contradicted government s narrative of peace as the real and alarming situation in Jammu and Kashmir is being brushed under the carpet. AIMMM also expressed serious concern over killing of three civilians during interrogation by the security forces and considering it as a matter of grave concern because the killings further alienate the local population. Although the state administration and the army has announced an investigation but AIMMM is of the firm view that the killings need to be investigated not only by the Army but also by a senior civil judge so that truth is unravelled. Though sector commander and other senior officers of the security forces have been shifted to other places, the incident itself shows that inhuman approach was adopted by the security agencies during the interrogation of innocent local youths after the terrorist attack. The incident has genuinely created a sense of fear as well as insecurity among the people as two of the three civilians killed in custody had worked for security forces for the long-time before the gory incident. Although the police have filed a FIR in this case, Mushawarat is quiet hopeful that probe is conducted in the transparent manner so that guilty, whosoever, are punished.

All India Muslim Majlis Mushwarat(AIMMM) severely condemns the Haryana government for its failure to check and contain Nuh communal riots – [Cloned #2492]

NewDelhi: The All India Muslim Majlis Mushwarat(AIMMM) today severely condemns the Haryana government for its failure to check and contain Nuh communal riots and demanded that this incident need to be probed by a high level judicial commission.The investigation should should also look into circumstances that led to the violent clashes and the role of the state administration which failed to take preventive steps on time to prevent a communal clash. It is known to everyone that provocative videos were circulated ahead of Braj Mandal yatra by cow vigilante Monu Manesar which resulted in violence .The government failed to take preventive steps on time to prevent a communal clash even fully knowing that a section of people were instigating the people to indulge in violence. Even though Monu Manesar is an absconder he was seen participating in the rally with his supporters who were carrying lathis and firearms The AIMMM said that the purpose of the riots was to create fear among the members of the minority community.Morever, the BJP is using communal card for its political gains. As assembly elections in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are round the corner the ruling party wants to create communal divide as its leaders feel that this will give the party a political dividend. Those involved in the riots should not be given protection by the authorities.Had the government taken preventive steps in advance, the violence could have been averted.AIMIM also condemns the brutal and heinous attack on women in Manipur. Supreme Court has observed that there was complete failure of State Authorities.AIMIM also condemns the killing by a radical police officer in a running train from Jaipur to Mumbai. He killed his superior office who belonged to Scheduled Caste and three Muslims.We call upon the Hon’ble President of India and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India to take severe action on all those involved in hate crimes.AIMMM said that need of the hour is to maintain harmony in the country and all peace-loving people should join hands to fight against communal and disruptive forces. India is shining example of diversity and this needs to be preserved and safeguarded.

In the last elections of the AIMMM held in 2022-2023 for the tenure of 2023-2027, in which you had yourself participated as a voter, a new team the office bearers were elected in which the eligible voters of AIMMM elected me as president along with 25 members of the Markazi Majlis-e-Amla of AIMMM and there is no provision of elections of any office bearers other than for these 26 posts. You are fully aware that the constitution of AIMMM clearly gives power under Article 8 2(a) to the president to appoint the other office bearers, including the vice president. After assuming charge of the office of AIMMM on 2nd April 2023, the undersigned has appointed 3 Vice Presidents, Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mehdi Salfi (Ameer, Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadees Hind), Mr. E.T. Basheer Mohammad M.P (Muslim League) and Mrs. Abeda Inamdar (Educationist from Pune). Subsequently, again on dated 11.11.2023, exercising my powers to appoint vice president, I appointed Mr. Navaid Hamid as the fourth vice president. You were never appointed as any of the office bearer of All India Muslim Majlis -e- Mushawarat, and your impersonation as Vice-President is not only unethical but also illegal, which can invite civil and criminal proceeding against the fraudulent claim. It is pertinent to mention that you are also impersonating yourself as Professor to impress upon the common people for your wrongful gain, when you had never been Professor at any point of time with any university. It appears that you are intentionally and deliberately impersonating your self in different manner for your wrongful gain.
