Mushawarat expresses it concern over spurt of violence in Jammu and Kashmir – [Cloned #4287]

New Delhi: All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat (AIMMM), the federation of prominent Muslim organisations and individuals of Indian Muslims, expressed its concern on recent cycle of violence in Jammu &Kashmir including the ambush on army vehicle in Rajouri district by the terror group, the killing of the civilians in custody of the security forces and killing of former SSP, Muhammad Shafi Mir. It is rateable that his security was withdrawn. These terror attacks in the union territory has undoubtably proved that even after abrogation of Article 370 and bifurcation of erstwhile state, Modi Government’s tall claim of restoring peace and normalcy in the troubled Jammu and Kashmir not only stand exposed but also established that the security situation at the ground level has not changed even after more than four years of the abrogation of the Article 370 and also it indicates that terrorists and terror modules are operating freely in J&K and the speeded terror incident contradicted government s narrative of peace as the real and alarming situation in Jammu and Kashmir is being brushed under the carpet. AIMMM also expressed serious concern over killing of three civilians during interrogation by the security forces and considering it as a matter of grave concern because the killings further alienate the local population. Although the state administration and the army has announced an investigation but AIMMM is of the firm view that the killings need to be investigated not only by the Army but also by a senior civil judge so that truth is unravelled. Though sector commander and other senior officers of the security forces have been shifted to other places, the incident itself shows that inhuman approach was adopted by the security agencies during the interrogation of innocent local youths after the terrorist attack. The incident has genuinely created a sense of fear as well as insecurity among the people as two of the three civilians killed in custody had worked for security forces for the long-time before the gory incident. Although the police have filed a FIR in this case, Mushawarat is quiet hopeful that probe is conducted in the transparent manner so that guilty, whosoever, are punished.

All India Muslim Majlis Mushwarat(AIMMM) severely condemns the Haryana government for its failure to check and contain Nuh communal riots – [Cloned #2492]

NewDelhi: The All India Muslim Majlis Mushwarat(AIMMM) today severely condemns the Haryana government for its failure to check and contain Nuh communal riots and demanded that this incident need to be probed by a high level judicial commission.The investigation should should also look into circumstances that led to the violent clashes and the role of the state administration which failed to take preventive steps on time to prevent a communal clash. It is known to everyone that provocative videos were circulated ahead of Braj Mandal yatra by cow vigilante Monu Manesar which resulted in violence .The government failed to take preventive steps on time to prevent a communal clash even fully knowing that a section of people were instigating the people to indulge in violence. Even though Monu Manesar is an absconder he was seen participating in the rally with his supporters who were carrying lathis and firearms The AIMMM said that the purpose of the riots was to create fear among the members of the minority community.Morever, the BJP is using communal card for its political gains. As assembly elections in Rajasthan and Madhya Pradesh are round the corner the ruling party wants to create communal divide as its leaders feel that this will give the party a political dividend. Those involved in the riots should not be given protection by the authorities.Had the government taken preventive steps in advance, the violence could have been averted.AIMIM also condemns the brutal and heinous attack on women in Manipur. Supreme Court has observed that there was complete failure of State Authorities.AIMIM also condemns the killing by a radical police officer in a running train from Jaipur to Mumbai. He killed his superior office who belonged to Scheduled Caste and three Muslims.We call upon the Hon’ble President of India and the Hon’ble Prime Minister of India to take severe action on all those involved in hate crimes.AIMMM said that need of the hour is to maintain harmony in the country and all peace-loving people should join hands to fight against communal and disruptive forces. India is shining example of diversity and this needs to be preserved and safeguarded.

In the last elections of the AIMMM held in 2022-2023 for the tenure of 2023-2027, in which you had yourself participated as a voter, a new team the office bearers were elected in which the eligible voters of AIMMM elected me as president along with 25 members of the Markazi Majlis-e-Amla of AIMMM and there is no provision of elections of any office bearers other than for these 26 posts. You are fully aware that the constitution of AIMMM clearly gives power under Article 8 2(a) to the president to appoint the other office bearers, including the vice president. After assuming charge of the office of AIMMM on 2nd April 2023, the undersigned has appointed 3 Vice Presidents, Maulana Asghar Ali Imam Mehdi Salfi (Ameer, Markazi Jamiat Ahle Hadees Hind), Mr. E.T. Concerns over reduction in budget allocation of welfare – Copy

AIMMM president Mr. Feroze Ahmad Advocate said that Nirmala Sitharaman has disappointed the minority communities New Delhi: All India Muslim Majlis e Mushawarat, the only confederation of Muslim organizations and personalities of eminence, expressed concerns over the complete neglect of the minority communities in the general budget and said that even during the budget speech, no mention has been made by Finance Minister Nirmala Sitharaman about the development of minorities. AIMMM president Mr. Feroze Ahmad Advocate said that the National Democratic Alliance government presented its eleventh full budget in a row. During the general election and even before the budget presentation the unemployment, inequality and inflation were the major issues that have also impacted the results of the Lok Sabha Elections 2024. When we talk about budget allocation for marginalized communities such as Minorities, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Disable Persons, gender and children, the situation is not encouraging in this budget as well as Dr. Jawed Alam Khan, member of the organization and expert of the socio-economic affairs said “there is no serious efforts has been made to address the inflation and unemployment related challenges in this budget. AIMMM emphasizes that despite the low development indicators of minorities, there was a drastic decline of 38 per cent in the previous year’s budget (a decrease of Rs 1,913 crore from 2022-23) for the MoMA. For the last few years, MoMA has not been able to utilise funds against the BE. The ministry spent Rs 3,998.57 crore out of the BE of Rs 5,029.10 crore and Rs 4,325.24 crore out of Rs 4,810.77 crore in 2020-21 and 2021-22, respectively. Actual expenditure of Rs 802.69 crore was incurred out of the Rs 5,020.50 crore outlay in 2022-23. When we talk about budget allocation for marginalized communities such as Minorities, Scheduled Castes, Scheduled Tribes, Disable Persons, gender and children, the situation is not very encouraging in this budget.  It is recommended that the total budget allocation for MoMA should be significantly increased, given the level of deprivation in the educational attainment of minorities. All the scholarship schemes should be made demand-driven, along with additional financial resources to enhance unit costs and revision in the eligibility criterion related parental income. The schemes which have been discontinued should be revived. Under the 15 Point Programme, resource allocation should be made in line with the diverse needs of minority communities across different sectors.

پیغمبر اسلام ؐ کی شان میں گستاخی ناقابل برداشت – Copy

  نئی دہلی: آل انڈیا مسلم مجلس مشاورت نے نام نہاد سوامی یتی نرسنگھانند کی پیغمبر اسلام صلی اللہ علیہ و الہ وسلم کی شان میں گستاخی کی سخت مذمت کرتے ہوئے کہا ہے کہ اس بدزبان شخص نے جو گستاخانہ کلمات کہے ہیں، وہ اس کی بدترین اشتعال انگیزی اور ناقابل برداشت حرکت ہے۔صدر مشاورت فیروز احمد ایڈوکیٹ نے کہا کہ حکومت کو چاہیے کہ ایسے بدزبان شخص کو بلاتاخیر گرفتار کرے اور مقدمہ چلاکر سزا دے۔ انہوں نے کہا کہ اس کو آزاد چھوڑنا خطرناک ہے، کسی مہذب معاشرے میں اس کی کوئی جگہ نہیں ہوسکتی، ایسے بدزبان شخص کی جگہ جیل ہے۔یہ شخص بار بار ملک کے کروڑوں باشندوں کی دل آزاری کر رہا ہے اور اس کی حرکتوں سے ملک کا امن وامان خطرے میں ہے۔ صدر مشاورت نے کہا کہ مسلمان ایک خدا پر ایمان رکھتے ہیں اور مورتی پوجا اسلام میں بدترین گناہ ہے لیکن یہ اپنے ماننے والوں کو کسی بھی مذہب کی مقدس ہستیوں کی بے حرمتی سے روکتا ہے اور کسی کی بھی دل آزاری کی اجازت نہیں دیتا۔یہاں تک کہ قرآن نے ان دیوی دیوتاؤں کو بھی برا بھلا کہنے سے منع کیا ہے جن کو غیرمسلم پوجتے ہیں، انہوں نے مزید یہ بھی کہا کہ نرسنگھانند کی گستاخی ایک بیہودہ شخص کا فعل بد ہے، ہمیں اس بدزبان کے خلاف قانونی چارہ جوئی کرنی چاہیے اورحکومت سے مطالبہ کرنا چاہیے کہ وہ اس شخص کو قرار واقعی سزا دے اور مسلمانوں کو چاہیے وہ جہاں بھی ہوں، اپنے ہم وطنوں کو رسول اکرم صلی اللہ علیہ والہ و سلم کی سیرت سے آگاہ کریں اور ان کو بتائیں کہ انسانوں کی آزادی اور برابری کے دشمنوں کو حضور محسن انسانیت صلی اللہ علیہ و الہ وسلم سے کیا تکلیف ہے اور وہ ان کے کردار کو اس لئے مسخ کرنا چاہتے ہیں تاکہ مظلوموں کو ایک ہونے اور ان کی تعلیمات انصاف و مساوات کو اپنانے سے روکیں۔
